Active environmental pollution has led to a global environmental problem - the destruction of the environment of human existence. Many scientists are asking themselves the question: whether justified scientific and technological progress? After improving the conditions of our life, it inevitably leads to disaster environment? Already it is no secret that today the main environmental problem of the developed state is the release of debris. The latter decided to divide into three categories: construction and household waste (inert), industrial waste (toxic) and chemicals and rubber (toxic). Packaging materials stand out! In the EU, for example, in 1990, was produced 50 million tons of packages on recycling were sent to only 19%. Today, the rules require that at least 60% of products were in the nature of secondary raw materials, with 90% of them were subjected to secondary processing.
To date, garbage disposal include burning, or dumping - both are absolutely not justified. So where is the exit? Some environmental organizations advised to dispose of trash as follows: re-use of the processing as a secondary raw material, the regeneration cremation and burial.
