Employment Opportunities

 

Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Section 701(b) and 703(i) explicitly exempts from coverage the preferential employment of Indians by Indian Tribes. Therefore, CRIT acknowledges and extends preferential treatments to enrolled CRIT members who qualify toward all employment opportunities. Otherwise, CRIT does not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, color, sex, religion or national origin.

Restoration Assistant: Duties include: collection and analysis of soil samples, irrigation, bird monitoring and data entry, native plant propagation, organization of plant shipments, and supervision of site progress and restoration planting...

   

 

'Ahakhav Tribal Preserve hires field-crew members year round. Please call or stop by the office for more information. Field crew members are expected to work on outside manual labor projects.
